We really just wanted to create a space to dance, create, and simply move our bodies. and most excitingly, to share this space with good friends who also love doing the same thing. simple as that.and the name studio 22 was inspired by living right by the 22 freeway and 2 is both of our chinese lucky numbers heh

ofc, here's a more formal, detailed version lol:Studio 22 is a private, exclusive ~220 sq ft dance and creative studio available for hourly rental.📍 Located in Garden Grove, CA (exact address shared after booking)The space is ideal for individual practice, rehearsals, and small group sessions (up to 5 people), offering a quiet, focused environment to move, create, and refine your work.Studio 22 is best suited for dancers and creatives looking for a clean, simple space without distractions. This is a reservation-based studio intended for practice and creative use - not classes, events, or instruction.Rentals are available by the hour and must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

The studio includes essential amenities to support your session, including:- 20 ft x 7 ft mirrors
- Edifier R1280DB speakers with aux connection
- phone charger (USB-C)
- air purifier
- two standing fans
- phone tripod
- bench seating for rest
- designated storage area for water and personal belongings.
- bathroom (with showers if u need to lol)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 2 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
